What happens if TUFTS fails to comply with the SEVIS regulations?

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is required to audit Tufts’ compliance with these new requirements every two years. Failure to comply with the federal regulations could result in the loss of Tufts’ ability to continue accepting international students in the future.
