My major research interests focus on pancreatic physiology and the cellular basis for acute pancreatitis. My major clinical interest is the care of patients with pancreatitis and with tumors or other complex problems involving the pancreas, bile ducts, and liver. Surgical and non-surgical treatment is available for Acute pancreatitis and Chronic pancreatitis. The Whipple procedure is used to treat these conditions. Learn more at our site for the multidisciplinary Pancreas Disease Center — (617) 636-9248.
