My research focuses on the role of dietary lipids, antioxidant nutrients in modulating the immune and inflammatory responses. I am also exploring nutritional regulation of eicosanoid metabolism as a means to improve cell-mediated immune function and suppress the inflammatory response. Lastly, I am interested in age-related changes in immune cells, including changes in cell function, molecular signaling, and transcription regulation.
