B Cell Development and Immune Response

Our research group is currently pursuing several different questions regarding B cell development and B cell immune responses. Below are the abstracts and specific aims for two NIH grants that are currently funding the studies of antibody switching that are ongoing in the lab. We are also continuing some studies on the role of gene conversion in antibody gene somatic hypermutation; much of this work is currently being prepared for publication.
