I am currently exploring two main areas to determine
which will be the focus of my graduate research. First, I am using
genetically modified animals for in vivo imaging of the proliferation
and trafficking of B cells in lymph node follicles and germinal
centers after immunization. I am also analyzing several knockout
mice to study the effects of mismatch repair enzymes on isotype
class switching.
