Parking Options:
There is the Biology lot where MIT visitors can park on weekends.
There are metered spaces on Vassar, Main + Albany (surrounding the building)
that are normally open on the weekends.
The parking lot at the Marriott* is open to the public and costs $25 per day.
Directions:
Directions from Boston (Mass Ave Bridge) to Biology Lot + Picower
*Take you third right after the bridge onto Vassar Street. Once on Vassar take a
right at
the first light onto Main Street, then take the immediate right, this will be
the parking
lot you should park in.
Walking from the parking lot to the Picower Institute: Exit the parking lot
using the
entrance you drove in. Take a left out of the parking lot onto Main Street, then
your
first left onto Vassar Street. The Picower Institute is located at 46 Vassar
Street, the
second building on your right. Please enter through the main entrance which is
the set of
stairs after the handicapped ramp.

*Exit the Marriott via the Main Street exit, take a right onto Main. At the
second light
take a left onto Vassar Street. The Picower Institute is located at 46 Vassar
Street, the
second building on your right. Please enter through the main entrance which is
the set of
stairs after the handicapped ramp.
MBTA
Take the RED LINE to Kendall/MIT. Walk down Main St. (away from Bridge)
and take a left on Vassar St.
Picower is on the right.
