Immunizations
The Student Advisory & Health Administration Office (SAHA) is a division of Student Affairs for the Boston and Grafton Health Sciences Campuses. We collect and screen the immunization documentation required by the University and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In addition, we provide certification of immunizations when needed for clinical work. (See Records Request, below).
The required immunizations are listed on the Immunization Form for your school. Please review the requirements carefully, prior to submitting your documentation. Immunization requirements are subject to change. You can find this information below, by clicking on your school's link.
The Immunization Form may be completed and signed, or copies of past immunizations may be submitted. Appropriate documentation may include: records from childhood, school, personal physician or immigration documentation.
All students must be in compliance with Massachusetts State Law and Tufts University Immunization Requirements at all times. Reminder Notices, and if neccesary, Overdue Notices, are mailed regarding a student's immunization status.
Students who request medical or religious exemption from any immunization requirement must provide documentation to support the request.
