- To be considered for the MacJannet Prize, programs first need to be nominated. Anyone can nominate a program - including their own. The programs must be based at Talloires Network member universities. Nominations must be received no later than December 15, 2009. Nominations should be submitted to macjannetprize@gmail.com with the writable PDF provided on this site.
- After reviewing nominations, the selection committee will identify the semi-finalists. These programs will be contacted and asked to provide additional information, including contact information for faculty, students, and community members involved with the program. In some cases phone interviews may be requested. Semi-finalists will be notified by January 4, 2010 and asked to submit requested materials by January 15, 2010.
- A selection committee comprised of MacJannet Foundation Board members and Talloires Network Secretariat staff will deliberate and select one (1) First Prize and two (2) Second Prize and five (5) Third Prize winners. The selection committee will announce their decision in April of 2010.
