To nominate a program, simply download the following writable PDF Nomination Form, fill it out, and email it to the Talloires Network secretariat at macjannetprize@gmail.com. You will receive confirmation of the receipt of your nomination within one week. If you have not received confirmation by this time, contact Elizabeth Babcock at babcock@icicp.org. Programs must be nominated by December 15, 2009, to be considered for the MacJannet Prize. Please visit our Selection Criteria page to learn how the nominations will be evaluated.
