Many computing support services at Tufts
are provided through local contacts in your department or school.
These assistants, called FSPs (Front-Line Support Providers) can
help you with a variety of desktop computer requests, questions
and problems, including:
- Connecting your PC or Mac to the network/internet
- Troubleshooting problems with your machine
- Answering questions about using e-mail
Your FSP should be the first person you consult
if you need assistance in one of these areas. Please use the FSP
Lookup to find the name and contact information for the FSP
assigned to your department. The TCCS Help
