Technical support services at Tufts are provided through local contacts in your department or school. These assistants, called Frontline Support Providers (FSP's), provide assistance for a variety of computer requests, including:
- Connections to the network or Internet
- Problems with your computer and related hardware
- Email support
- Print and file problems
Your FSP should be the first person you consult if you need technical assistance. Use the FSP Lookup list, located below, to find the name and contact information for the FSP assigned to your department.
The University IT Support Center, at ext. 73376, can also direct you to the appropriate person.
