Action

Many of the projects and initiatives of TIE and our partner community organizations incorporate students and volunteers at different levels of commitment. For example, several students have been working with the Tufts Climate Initiative on tasks ranging from distributing more energy-efficient light-bulbs to organizing a demonstration of the Toyota Prius, an energy-efficient hybrid vehicle.

Student volunteers are always welcome and, occasionally, we have temporary student-employment opportunities, as well. If you would like to help with one of TIE's initiatives or projects, please stop by the TIE office and talk with us or send an e-mail message to tie@tufts.edu. Provide to us a brief description of your background and interests and, we will inform you about which opportunities are available.

We all stand only together, not only men, but all things. To abandon things, and to abandon each other, is to be lost.
