Article XIII

AMENDMENTS OF BYLAWS

13.1 These Bylaws may be amended by a vote of two-thirds of the Trustees present at any meeting of the Trustees, provided that notice of the substance of the intended amendment is given not less than thirty (30) days prior to the meeting.
