Article III

THE OFFICERS OF THE CORPORATION

3.1 THE OFFICERS. The Officers of the Corporation shall be the Chair of the Board of Trustees, up to three Vice Chairs, the President of the University, the Treasurer and the Secretary, all of whom shall be elected at the annual meeting of the Trustees and shall hold office for one year or until their successors shall be duly elected and qualified, the Provost, the Executive Vice President, the Vice President for University Advancement, the Vice President for University Relations, and other officers, including without limitation those having titles that include the words "President," "Vice President," "Treasurer" or "Secretary," as the Board may from time to time elect or appoint, who shall serve at the will of the Board of Trustees.
