AUDIT COMMITTEE

The Audit Committee assists the Board of Trustees in monitoring the integrity of the financial statements of the University, compliance by the University with legal and regulatory requirements, and the independence and performance of the University's internal and external auditors. The committee also develops and monitors policies and procedures for avoidance of trustee conflict of interest. This committee meets twice a year.
