PETER R. DOLAN
VICE CHAIR
Peter R. Dolan was most recently chief executive officer of Bristol-Myers. He served as CEO for more than five years until September 2006. He joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1988 in the over-the-counter products division. Subsequently, he held senior leadership positions in the company's various businesses, including consumer medicines, nutritionals, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Dolan became president of the company and a member of its Board of Directors in January 2000, and served as Chairman of the Board from 2001-2005.
Mr. Dolan is a trustee of Tufts University and a member of the Board of Overseers of the Tuck School at Dartmouth. He is currently also a member of the Board of Directors of the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University and a member of the Business Council. He served on the boards of American Express Company, C-Change (a cancer coalition organization) and was Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America.
Mr. Dolan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
He was elected to the Tufts Board of Trustees in 2001. He currently chairs the Administration and Finance Committee and serves on the Executive, Audit, and Compensation Committees.
