Transcript Request
Requests for graduation verification and transcripts should be sent to:
Requests must be signed and we can not honor e-mail requests. When sending a request please include the following:
- your name,
- your Social Security Number or your Student ID Number,
- the mailing address the transcript should be sent to,
- the deadline, if any, for receipt of the transcript.
Transcript requests cost $5 each. Please include a check payable to Trustees of Tufts College with your request. There is no charge for letters verifying graduation.
Name Changes: If you have changed your name since graduation please be sure to include your previous name in your transcript request along with a photocopy of a federal or state issued picture ID with the name change, such as a license or passport.
