AVM Application
The AVM program is continuing to accept applications for the Middle School Session 5, Adult and College 2012 AVM sessions. We are no longer accepting new applications for our any of the High School AVM sessions.
Middle School Program

- The AVM Middle School program application and instructions are now available online for your convenience in the PDF format. Please return the completed application to the AVM Office along with the deposit and supporting documents. Seats for the middle school sessions are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
High School, College and Adult Programs

- The AVM High School, College and Adult program application instructions are now available online for your convenience in the PDF format. Please print these instructions and refer to them during your online application process.
- Application
- An online application for all high school, college and adult applicants to the AVM program is now available. After logging in, please select Adventures in Veterinary Medicine from the drop down list.
- Application Fee
- A nonrefundable application fee of $40 is required and may be paid by credit card when completing the online application.
- Academic Transcripts
- Official transcripts must be sent directly from your school. We require:
- Official transcripts from every institution you have attended
- High school transcripts from high school students and also from students who are in their first year of college
- Eight grade transcripts from students in the ninth grade
- Mid-year grades from high school students when they are available in January or February
- Fall grades from college students as soon as they are available

A completed file consists of the submitted AVM electronic application, two letters of evaluation and all transcripts. It is the applicant's responsibility to follow through with the AVM office to ensure that their file is complete. Please refer to the application instructions for all additional required supporting materials.
Early application is advised as our sessions are extremely competitive with a limited number of spaces available. The Admission Committee begins to review completed files in late January and continues the review process until all spaces are filled for each session. Please note that high school residential sessions are typically filled by mid-February.
