Residents of Contract States
States that contract with Tufts for veterinary student seats pay a fixed amount toward the cost of education for a limited number of students. Maine, New Hampshire and New Jersey provide contract support to students at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. Please see the Financial Aid section for contract stipulations.
During the 2009 – 2010 year the contracts provided are as follows:
- Maine
- A $12,000 credit for one student per class.
- New Hampshire
- A $12,000 credit for a minimum of one student per every two classes.
- New Jersey
- Amount pending state allocation.
