Giving to Financial Aid and Scholarships
Nearly 90% of our veterinary students need financial aid every year. Donors may support student financial aid with a gift of any amount and every dollar helps. Our Veterinary General Scholarship Fund allocates aid to many of our students based on need. Gifts of any level are accepted.
Further information about giving can be found on the Make a Gift Today page.
Endowed Scholarships
We are very grateful to those individuals and organizations who permanently link their support, and often their name, to the school through the establishment of endowed funds. Endowments, carefully managed for growth as well as current income, are the foundation for the long-term stability and success of the school.
Endowed Scholarships help ensure that Cummings Veterinary School enrolls the students who offer the most to the profession—those students with the talent and commitment to be skilled and compassionate veterinarians.
Donors may establish a named Endowed Scholarship Fund with a minimum commitment of $100,000. Please contact the Cummings Development Office if you would like to discuss the opportunity to establish a new endowed scholarship fund.
Annual Scholarships
Annual scholarships may be established with gifts of more modest amounts and may be renewed as donor funding allows. Please contact the Cummings Development Office regarding the establishment of an annual scholarship fund.
