Assistant Professor in Small Animal Clinical Nutrition

Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University invites applications for a full time faculty position in nutrition, at the assistant professor level. The successful candidate will join our existing faculty nutritionist.

Requirements include a DVM degree or its equivalent, completion of a nutrition residency, and ACVN board certification or board eligibility. Rank and salary will be commensurate with training and experience. The position will involve teaching, research, and clinical service.

The nutrition service sees nutrition outpatients and provides consultations on hospitalized patients. Ample opportunity exists to engage in collaborative research with faculty members at Tufts University’s Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging and at other medical institutions in the greater Boston area.
