Financial Policies
Payment for outpatient services is due at the time they are rendered. If your animal is admitted to the hospital, you will be given an estimate of the cost of the medical/surgical procedures recommended by the veterinarian. You should read the terms and conditions of the estimate. If you have any questions, please ask to have them clarified. You will be asked to leave a deposit of 50% of the estimated amount. We accept cash, personal check, Master Card, Discover, or VISA. The balance is due at the time of discharge. If, during the animal's stay, its condition requires significantly more medical or surgical care than was anticipated, then the attending veterinarian will discuss the options with you. You may be asked to make an additional deposit toward your final bill. If you think you may have a problem paying your account in full, please contact our Accounting Office, prior to discharge.  Back to the top

Emergency
Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is essential that you call in advance, so our staff can prepare for your arrival. When you call into the hospital after hours, you will reach our emergency service. They will take your name and phone number and have a veterinarian call your back. This may take ten minutes, if the on duty veterinarian is involved in another emergency or is out of the hospital. Our telephone personnel will try to provide you with the most appropriate person to answer your questions.  Back to the top
