Curriculum
Most courses are taught every other year. The two mandatory courses are taught each year. The course instructor must ensure that at the end of the course the student has full command of all the relevant facts and concepts. This takes place in the form of discussions, comprehensive literature search, written exercises, and essays. Students are required to attend the monthly Divisional and/or Campus seminars which are given by the scientific staff or by outside, invited speakers. They also attend the journal club, which is held weekly, and present communications of their own choosing. They are required to present twice yearly seminars to the Divisional staff based on their research activities.
