Economics, Finance, and Management Committee - Awards
Two awards are available: one $750 award for club excellence and one $250 award for start-up clubs (within the first two years of club inception) to help business clubs at veterinary schools promote business education for students. The start-up award can only be given once to an organization. Once the club has been honored with the start up award, they are then eligible for the excellence award the following year. The start-up award is not a prerequisite for the excellence award. An organization is eligible every year for the excellence award, regardless of previous awards received. A school is eligible to win both awards in the same year, as long as applications are filled out properly. Additionally, the student that completed the applications for the winning clubs each year will be rewarded with a $50 prize. Contact for an application.
