COMPREHENSIVE IR SITES
| The Web contains an enormous amount of information on
international and comparative studies, but it can be difficult to find. These sites are
comprehensive and large, but their most important characteristic is that they are
organized by professional scholars who know the fields and thus have some idea of what may be looking for. Of course, Librarians are the other group of professionals who are proficient in organizing information usefully. Click here for sites on IR that were prepared by libraries. |

| International
Relations Research Resources on the Web (Ronald J. Deibert, University of Toronto ) This is an excellent starting point for four reasons. First, the initial organization is crisp, logical, and brief, so it is easy to find your way. Second, all links on this page are annotated, with descriptions and evaluations of the contents of each site. Third, it is comprehensive in both subject and disciplinary terms (it includes, for example, an outstanding set of links in History and Economics ). And finally, within this page is an additional set of comprehensive links to Library and Political Science/IR WebPages. This guide was published in printed form in: International Organization (volume 52, number 1); it is available in the Tufts library. |
