This is the absolute best site. It organizes the EU’s affairs even better than the EU itself. On the first page, keep scrolling down to see what I mean.
Possibly the best political science list in the world. It lists links by topics (parties and elections) and also by regions and countries. It pays to spend some time exploring the links listed on the first page of this site. Here is the information arranged by Individual Countries.
If it’s in Pittsburgh, it’s gotta be good, and this one is excellent. In fact, it may even be better than the Berkeley page above.
This is an outstanding guide. It lists EU resoures (Web and traditional) by subject categories, including currently pressing issues such as EMU and Expansion. From Pittsburgh, of course.
