Dear students, faculty, and staff,
I’m delighted to share with you that Fiona Hill, the chancellor of Durham University and a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, will be our Commencement speaker this year. Dr. Hill is noted for being an expert on Russian and Eurasian affairs, and I look forward to welcoming her to campus to share her important message for our graduating students.
